I recently brought my 2005 Equinox in because the steering wheel would shake when I stepped on the brakes. I was greeted by very courteous staff and was directed to the office of James Kiera who is the service manager for the blue team. He knew right away what may be causing the problem and as it turned out he was 100% right. It was my rotors and brake pads. My vehicle was repaired by expert service tech's the first time which is why West Herr Chevrolet of Hamburg is the only place I take my vehicle for repairs. Every person that I come in contact with always makes me feel as though I am a very important person while I am waiting for my repairs to be completed. I purchased a 2013 Malibu LT, very happy with it. I had a 2008 Malibu which I liked , but this 2013 is much better in so many ways. I must say that once again Paul Sanchez made my day!
