Very professional and knowledgeable. Mike made sure I was happy with my vehicle and that I knew how to use the controls
Had out truck in for its annual NYS inspection last week and waited at the dealership. The tech estimated it would take one hour, which was accurate. Everything was fine and I was treated very courtesly.
