This dealers ship is what you call wolf in sheep clothing, I bought a car on April 10th 2025 ,the car has several issues the sales manager/service manager gave me a (i owe you) and promised to fixed the issues, 3 days after buying the car it started to have transmission issues and shaking steering wheel issues that was immediately reported , i had to wait almost 20 days before before the car was finally taken in , when the dealership got the car the service manager refused to fix the issues entirely and got very disrespectful towards me when I pointed out if they do not fix the issues I will have to get legal advice, that only made the situation worse the sales manager then told me that he will not fix my car and I should let my Attny talk to there Attny , the level of disrespect, this is very unfortunate,the dealership is not who they say they are please be aware.

Takes far too long to make an appointment on the phone.Then after leaving a call back number that’s takes awhile too.Upon arrival for appointment have to wait at least 10 minutes to enter info .That information was already given and should have a way to streamline the whole process
