Mark M was helpful in selecting a new car. I Was unsure what vehicle to choose, he gave me pluses and minuses of each vehicle. I felt comfortable talking to him he was not "pushy" nor did he have to go "back & forth" many times to ask a "manager"..he knew the answers himself. He is very personable and friendly. Takes far too long to make an appointment on the phone.Then after leaving a call back number that’s takes awhile too.Upon arrival for appointment have to wait at least 10 minutes to enter info .That information was already given and should have a way to streamline the whole process

After a horrendous experience at advantage chevrolet (in BROOKLYN - NY!!) I had the glass replaced after a leak in my vehicle and the leak came back with a VENGEANCE. I came in for an oil change. Employees were helpful and when I got home my receipt showed a different type of oil was put in than what I need for my Subaru. Reached out to Jason the service manager he redid my oil change so that it had Subaru oil and parts as was needed and followed this up with a gift certificate for my inconvenience. The salesperson, Keagan called me up a couple of months ago to offer me a trade up from my current lease. I had to wait for the factory to build it but Keagan always kept me updated. It came in earlier than expected and Keagan got right on it and I drove my new car home the same day. Thank you for you excellent work!
